Denver, Colorado

OMNI Cafe Bubble Tea & Coffee Bar

Hey guys!! I wanted to start off my first post by sharing some of my Denver, Colorado favorites with you. I have grown up traveling to Colorado frequently, as my entire family lives there! Here are some restaurants that are in the Denver area that I love, and that have great pescatarian and vegetarian options to check out! I would recommend making reservations for these!

Cranelli’s Italian Restaurant:

This Italian restaurant is in Lone Tree, but it is so good!! It has so many great options to choose from, and you can order most pasta dishes as a half order, which is recommended for one person. The owner is super friendly! Make sure that you try out the garlic knots!

Blue Pan Pizza:

If you’re looking for deep dish pizza, look no further than Blue Pan Pizza! The crust is amazing and there are different vegetarian specialty pizza toppings available on the menu, or you can DIY your toppings!

Cart-Driver:

This is my FAVORITE spot in Denver!! There are two locations, one downtown Denver that is open late (great for if you are going to a sports game or to the bar scene), and one in LOHI for a more elevated dining experience. The LOHI location is also conveniently located close to Little Man Ice Cream! This is wood fired pizza, and if you’re willing to try it- don’t miss out on their Sardines Conserva anti-pasta dish!! Their homemade bread and butter are outstanding and served with the Sardines is next level delicious!!

BriDer Rotisserie & Kitchen:

For the pescatarians out there, if you’re looking for the best shrimp po-boy in Denver, you’ve just hit the jackpot! Check out the Cajun Blue Shrimp sandwich, which is covered in Avocado, Herbed Slaw, Creole Aioli, and Lemon. While their menu is meat forward, their Cajun Blue Shrimp sandwich is worth the visit!

Snowl Cafe:

This is my favorite dessert spot- you are missing out if you haven’t tried Snowl Cafe!! This Boba and Taiyaki spot is worth the visit. The flavors are out of this world, and the Snow Bowls are so satisfying. You can create your own Snow Bowl which is similar to shaved ice, except it is made from shaved sweet milk, and add on your toppings of choice.

Little Man Ice Cream:

If you like cookies & cream ice cream, Little Man Ice Cream has the best version of this in my opinion! While it’s not always available, their Salted Oreo ice cream is worth the wait. You won’t miss the line while waiting for your scoop from a giant milk jug! This spot is fun to check out, and just FYI- the Salted Oreo really is salty!!

OMNI Cafe Bubble Tea & Coffee Bar:

Located in Castle Rock, about 30 minutes from Denver, OMNI has amazing bubble tea! With so many fun flavors to choose from, my personal favorite is their chai tea (which is on tap!!) with coffee boba and cream cheese foam on top!
